Mount Edgecombe Country Club Estate is comprised of three entities, namely: Mount Edgecombe Country Club, Mount Edgecombe Estate One and Mount Edgecombe Estate Two - Estate Two being the larger and younger of the two golfing Estates.  Each Estate has its own 18-hole golf course amidst the pristine green roofed-residences with the entire complex being fenced and gated with stringent access controls in place.  State-of-the-art security ensures peace of mind for residents who are offered safe and secure open-door living.

Mount Edgecombe Country Club Estate Two is split into nine villages that are named after famous golf courses in America.  They are Bellerive, Cherry Hills, Crystal Downs, Greenbrier, Kingwood, Merion, Pinehurst, Quail Valley and Southern Hills.  All the residential land has been developed and with the exception of alterations here and there, only one cluster development is in the process of undergoing development.
